| The enterprise annuity is a supplementary pension system established by the enterprise for its employees under the guidance of national policy, based on the legal basic pension insurance and according to the economic strength and conditions of the enterprise. The enterprise annuity fund is an enterprise supplementary pension insurance fund formed on the basis of funds raised from enterprise annuity plan and earnings from investment operation with market-oriented management. Fiduciary management is the core aspect of the operation management of enterprise annuity fund and is directly related to the security and benefits of the asset management of enterprise annuity fund. As the enterprise annuity trustee of Sichuan Electric Power Corporation, the enterprise annuity board of the corporation needs to establish a unified and scientific enterprise annuity management platform with more complete functionality for enterprise annuity operation monitoring, risk control, performance evaluation, data storage and query, in order to master timely and comprehensively the financial operations of enterprise annuity, to monitor the entire operation process, and to evaluate the operation performance of market institutions and so on. Thus, this management system is designed and developed against this backdrop.It is introduced in this paper from both technical and business aspects, how the annuity operation monitoring and performance evaluation system of grid enterprises could support the whole operation monitoring of enterprise annuity and the performance evaluation. It is divided and designed from system requirements to system functions with needs analysis focusing on operation monitoring, performance evaluation, and data interfaces etc. and then the functional modules are rationally organized according to the needs analysis. It is also described in detail on the index system of enterprise annuity operation monitoring and performance evaluation, reorganization of monitoring process and settings of data interface specification. In the system implementation part, it's mainly introduced part of the implementation results of the basic information management, the operation monitoring and performance evaluation modules. The system is designed with multi-tier application architecture, its functions are based on B/S structure of J2EE architecture and logically it's divided into database layer, business application layer, web services layer and the client browser. The entire system includes 5 major functional modules which consist of operation monitoring, performance evaluation, data storage, basic information and system management, and it also includes 16 sub modules such as compliance monitoring and so on.The formal launch of the operation monitoring and performance evaluation system has greatly improved the efficiency of the enterprise annuity fiduciary management by the enterprise annuity board of Sichuan Electric Power Corporation, achieved the centralized and comprehensive storage of operation data of enterprise annuity fund, improved the timeliness of operation monitoring and the scientificity of performance evaluation, and reduced human errors.
