Timing technology refers to a technology that transmits the time of a clock source to systems and terminals that need accurate time use through a variety of transmission methods,so that the system and the terminal complete clock synchronization.With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology,timing technology is playing an increasingly important role in the fields of smart medical care,smart logistics and warehousing,and smart home.The timing technology mainly includes GNSS time service,radio time service,telephone time service,low frequency code time service and network time service.The GNSS time service with Beidou and GPS as the main technology has a wide range of use and high accuracy and stability.It can realize the time service while ensuring the accuracy and stability of the time display.But at the same time,there are occlusion problems in GNSS timing,which leads to the inability of IoT terminals to obtain time in many cases.Through the telecommunication network time service,the time is transmitted to the network equipment and the Internet of Things terminal that require accurate time,so that the system time of the network equipment and the Internet of Things terminal is synchronized with the clock source,which can effectively solve the problem of GNSS timing occlusion.In many cases,the terminal cannot directly synchronize the clock with the time service server of the telecommunication network due to the different transmission methods and bearer protocols of the telecommunication network.The thesis has carried out research and discussion on this,the main content is as follows:(1)Design and build a demonstration program that provides timing applications in telecommunication networks.The program includes four parts:clock source,telecommunication network timing service platform,time gateway and timing application.In view of the different transmission methods and application protocols in the telecommunications network,many terminals cannot obtain the time directly from the network.The time gateway connects to the clock source through IP or 4G,converts the transmission mode and timing mode of the telecommunications network,and expands the telecommunications network.The coverage of the timing system.The time gateway further extends the time service in the telecommunications network.For the time gateway time service method,the solution provides a variety of time service applications with different transmission methods and protocols.(2)Design and implement a time gateway.The time gateway is based on embedded development and has multiple transmission interfaces on the hardware.The gateway completes PTP time through 802.3 and 4G communication interfaces with the clock signal of the telecommunication network timing service platform,and provides timing applications through WiFi,Bluetooth and ZigBee interfaces.(3)Designed and implemented a smart pill box based on timing applications.The medicine box system is composed of three parts:medicine box equipment,application server and mobile APP.The medicine box stores daily medications.The equipment is connected to the time gateway to complete time synchronization.When the smart medicine box obtains the standard time,ordinary users can Set time reminder via mobile APP.
