At present,the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation are accelerating,and the world economy has entered a critical period of replacing old drivers with new ones.The just-concluded Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee drew the blueprint for China's 14th Five-Year Plan development and embarked on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in all respects.As the soul of information technology,the shield of network security,the engine of economic transformation and the foundation of digital society,software is fully integrated into all fields of economic society through "software definition",driving the vigorous development of digital economy and accelerating the arrival of intelligent society.Software industry is knowledge-intensive industry,talent incentive is the central link of software company management.As the most important incentive tool for software companies,salary management plays an important strategic guiding role in the business development of software companies.In this paper,ZKR software company as the research object,through the ZKR software company compensation management diagnosis analysis,put forward the corresponding optimization solution.It is the critical period for ZKR Software Company to achieve long-term and sustained high growth of the company's business with strategy as the guidance and compensation management as the engine in the current world transition between old and new drivers.This paper uses literature research method to study the theories of compensation management at home and abroad,which lays a theoretical foundation for this research.The compensation information of the software industry,representative companies in the industry and ZKR software company are sorted out and analyzed to provide data support for the follow-up diagnosis and analysis.By adopting industry market salary survey,ZKR software companies pay satisfaction questionnaire,company management and business backbone interview,of ZKR software company compensation management problems are analyzed in the diagnosis of omni-directional three-dimensional,found ZKR software company compensation management in strategic matching,industry competitiveness,pay structure,there exist certain problems in such aspects as incentive constraint.This paper uses a analysis tool to put forward the ZKR software company compensation management according to the company's strategy to dynamically adjust the improvement of the plan,and then put forward the standard industry compensation level,improve the salary structure of rank,adjust the performance appraisal mechanism and implement the concept of overall compensation and other specific solutions.
