Research On The Construction Of BD Software Company's Strategic Cost Management

With the rapid development of Internet,big data platform,we media and other technologies,the operation mode of economic globalization is undergoing disruptive changes.Consumers’ demand level is getting higher and higher,products and services are becoming more and more homogeneous,and competition is getting fiercer and fiercer.Traditional cost management has been unable to follow the pace of The Times,in order to gain competitive advantage in the market competition,strategic cost management has become the trend.The author studied the BD company,as a professional portal website group of products and solutions provider,to be able to provide products and services of higher safety performance,BD company needs to be strategic concept into the entire life cycle of products and services,in view of this,enterprises operating cost control of the pressure will be greater and greater.However,in the face of the global economic slowdown,effective cost control is more important to the long-term stable development of enterprises than the promotion of sales volume.Therefore,by upgrading cost control to the strategic dimension and analyzing,predicting,controlling and giving feedback from the perspective of value chain,the competitiveness of BD company’s sustainable development will surely be improved to some extent.By reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on strategic cost management,this paper conducts field interviews with BD companies,analyzes and studies the current situation,problems and causes of cost management of BD companies,further constructs the strategic cost management of BD companies,and proposes the necessary safeguard measures for specific implementation.The promotion of cost management to the strategic level is not only of guiding practical significance to the cost management of BD company,but also provides reference for the strategic cost management of China’s portal software industry.
