China's development has entered a new era."Innovation has become the primary driving force for development".To take the path of innovation and development,we need to "deepen institutional reform and establish a technological innovation system with enterprises as the main body,the market as the guide,and the in-depth integration of industry,universities and research institutes".To promote the in-depth integration of industry,education and research requires a new mode of cooperation between industry,education and research--collaborative innovation.The essence of industry-University-research collaborative innovation is the process in which each innovation subject gives play to its own advantages and gathers innovation resources for knowledge innovation.The core of collaborative innovation is the appreciation of knowledge value.With the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology,the environment of industry-university-research collaborative innovation has undergone great changes,and the knowledge increment mechanism has also changed accordingly.This paper studies the impact of the Internet on the knowledge increment in the industry-University-Research collaborative innovation,and provides Suggestions for the use of Internet technology to promote knowledge increment and promote the development of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.First of all,this paper USES the knowledge ecological theory to construct the industry-university-research collaborative innovation knowledge ecosystem under the Internet environment,and USES the ecological mechanism to explain the process of knowledge increment under the Internet environment,so as to reveal the impact of the Internet on knowledge increment.As knowledge producers,consumers and disintegrators in the knowledge ecosystem,universities,scientific research institutions,enterprises and knowledge service agencies supported by the Internet respectively make use of Internet tools to carry out knowledge innovation and transfer and share knowledge with the help of Internet media.With the continuous process of knowledge innovation and continuous knowledge flow among different knowledge groups,the knowledge ecosystem realizes continuous knowledge increment.Secondly,based on the qualitative analysis of the knowledge increment mechanism in the industry-University-Research collaborative innovation under the Internet environment,the dynamic model of the knowledge increment system is constructed,and the collaborative innovation case of "Huawei & Tsinghua" is introduced.Finally,the simulation analysis and sensitivity analysis of key variables are carried out by using Venism software.The results show that the Internet has created a good environment for knowledge innovation,which promotes knowledge innovation and improves the efficiency of knowledge appreciation.As a knowledge transfer medium,the Internet improves the knowledge transfer ability and willingness of both parties,so as to promote knowledge transfer and improve the efficiency of knowledge appreciation.As knowledge decomposers,knowledge service agencies supported by the Internet realize the re-increment of knowledge increment and open up a new path of knowledge increment.Finally,based on the above research,this paper puts forward three Suggestions on how to promote the realization of knowledge value-added in the industry-University-Research collaborative innovation and the development of industry-university-Research collaborative innovation: make full use of the Internet to realize the leap-forward growth of knowledge value-added efficiency;Absorbing more heterogeneous subjects to participate in collaborative innovation to open up new paths of knowledge increment;We will improve the industry-university-research collaborative innovation cooperation mechanism to meet the requirements of the Internet environment.
