We also find the condition and the meaning of the knowledge of KPO.Secondly,the movement of KPO's knowledge is analyzed by using knowledge management theroy.The paper make sure that the source and condition in the process of the knowledge and find out the key link of the knowledge movement..On the basis of Dissipative Structure Theroy and Brookes Fundamental Equation, the paper finds out the approach and model of the value—added knowledge as well as cramps out the difference of the value in the value—added knowledge.Lastly, the paper demostrates the methord of promoting the value—added knowledge by encouraging and knowledge management in the concrere condition of the KPO.Then the case study of value-added knowledge in KPO company has been researched to proof the scientificalness of the measures to promote the value-added knowledge.This will guide the KPO industry to promote the competitive strength.
