In recent years, as the economy continues to develop, customers' request for personalized products packaging becomes higher become higher.At present, the most packaging enterprises were lack of innovative packaging design, low of the design efficiency so that they cannot meet customer needs. Therefore, this paper proposed a mode of remote collaborative design based on knowledge in packaging industry to improve product packaging design capability. This paper focus on how to representation packaging design knowledge, knowledge inference and the key technical of knowledge reuse. In this paper, the main research contents include:(1)Put forward the overall structure of remote collaborative design platform based on knowledge. The architecture includes knowledge level, technical level,the core service layer and client layer. Based on this architecture, determine the knowledge base management, requirements management, design task management, collaborative design management of the four major functional blocks.(2) Set up the knowledge base of packaging design based on ontology. The packaging design knowledge in the design process contains the class of document, class of pictures, class of formulas, class of rules, design case. Then set up the packaging design model of design task, knowledge of design and designer based on ontology technology, conceptual model based on ontology described five categories of knowledge and the establishment of mutual relations, the establishment of a knowledge base in the field of packaging design.(3) Packaging design knowledge reuse and reasoning. Bayesian inference method proposed ontology-based network, based on historical experience in the design and design, packaging design knowledge networking models between Bayesian inference network theory to achieve packaging design knowledge. In the case of reasoning, using information entropy design features Reduction using cosine similarity distance computation design, to achieve design screening programs. Use collaborative filtering technology to customers recommendpreliminary design.(4) Platform Implementation of Prototype System. Achieving the module of customer demand management, designers project management, knowledge base management.
