R Company F Virtual Simulation Software Project Schedule Management Research

With the rapid development of software R&D industry in the world,the failure rate of software R&D projects is high.In order to solve the increasingly serious software crisis,the software R&D industry introduces project management to standardize the development process of software projects.With the decrease of the entry threshold of virtual simulation software,the competition among peers is intensified.It is a key part of the core competence of a company to launch high-quality software quickly.This paper takes the development project of F virtual simulation software of R company as the research object,analyzes the current industry status,company situation and project organization form.The problems affecting the progress of F project are analyzed,and the related factors influencing the progress of F project are summarized.This study aims to improve the level of progress management of virtual simulation software projects,analyzes the serious delay of the projects in the f project of R company,and analyzes the core problems by case analysis.The essential problems are unreasonable project plan and unclear demand collection.Through the design of relevant solutions,the project plan,demand collection,project quality,reward and punishment system,and related stakeholders management are optimized and improved,so as to achieve the goal of improving the level of project management.The corresponding solutions are put forward in the aspects of project demand collection and project planning,so as to optimize the progress management method of F project,and to improve the project schedule management level of R company,aiming at the project schedule management of R company's virtual simulation software project.Conclusion:This paper provides a reference for virtual simulation software project in the aspect of project schedule management.
