With the wide application of computer software in various fields,it has become a reality for government agencies,medical and health care,banking finance,communication logistics,transportation and other informatization management and paperless office.But in most industries enterprise itself does not have the ability of development and maintenance,and for the factors such as technical professional degree,labor cost,information security,they will outsource software project to software talents supplier with relatively low labor costs,professional and reliable technology to develop and maintain.Therefore,it has created a huge software outsourcing market,and software companies have a good development space in the software outsourcing service industry and become the center of training,integration and transportation of software talents.However,a large number of talent supply management problems will hinder the development of this industry,and outsourcing talent management cannot keep up with the rapid development of market demand,which will become the most prominent problem in the supply of talents.Based on the current situation and existing bottleneck of XZ software outsourcing company,this paper analyzes the management of software outsourcing industry,enterprise characteristics and talent supply,and combines theory and industry experience for many years,so as to conclude the challenges facing XZ company in the management of talent outsourcing supply.On the basis of the thought of supply chain management,this paper compares and analyses the similarity between the supply of software manpower supply and the material supply in other traditional production industries,and combines the traditional human resource management,applies the process and methods of personnel recruitment,planning and management,and puts forward the outsourcing management model of soft parts company based on supply chain.To meet the requirements of rapid response and small batch,multi frequency software talent supply,improve customer satisfaction.This paper attemptsto use modern information technology to implement the optimization scheme in the information management system,to further improve the efficiency of human resource outsourcing management and reduce the cost of human resources.Through the above research,the software enterprises should cooperate closely with the supplier and manpower,establish an effective software personnel chain to ensure the most suitable talent in the required time and match,and provide the stable manpower for the software outsourcing company.Qualitative and development in the field of talent outsourcing provide strong guarantee.It also plays an enlightening role in exploring and improving the competitiveness of software enterprises.
