Research On Volunteer Survey And Analysis Of British Public Library

Volunteer is an important human resource in modern society.With the vigorous development of social economy in our country,voluntary cause also rises.More and more people participate in the volunteer team and contribute to the voluntary service in our country.Library is an important part of public cultural service,and volunteers have become an indispensable and beneficial supplement to library management service team.This paper takes the British public library volunteers as the main research object,the scope of the investigation involves the whole British public library,through the literature analysis method,the network research method and so on research method,carries on the research analysis to the British public library volunteer.To establish a perfect volunteer organization and operation mechanism for the library of our country,and to form a new type of volunteer service team with vitality and characteristics of sustainable development.This paper first summarizes and analyzes the research results of British library volunteers,and summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of British library volunteers research.Secondly,referring to the development track of British library and British volunteers,the history of British library volunteers is divided into four periods: germination,development,maturity and modern management,and the development history of British library volunteers is combed.Thirdly,the present situation of the management of British public library volunteers is investigated systematically,and through the systematic analysis of British library volunteers,the detailed information of the operation mechanism and volunteer activities of British library volunteers is obtained.Finally,through the research and analysis of British public library volunteers,it provides suggestions for the improvement of library volunteer service in China.
