Since the reform and opening up,China's comprehensive national strength has been continuously improved,its economy has developed rapidly,and it has made remarkable achievements.Especially in the high-tech field,domestic mobile phone manufacturers have risen,and mobile phone manufacturers represented by Huawei,Xiaomi and Chuanyin have made great achievements in the international market.With the rapid development of domestic mobile phone manufacturing industry,China has also become the largest smart phone market in the world.However,at present,there are many brands in the global mobile phone market,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Chinese manufacturers are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Under the pressure of numerous competitors,China's mobile phone manufacturers actively explore overseas markets and actively practice the "going out" strategy.On the one hand,with the continuous progress of science and technology,the quality of global mobile phones has also been greatly improved,the service life of mobile phones has been prolonged,the replacement cycle has been shortened,the penetration rate of mobile phones has gradually reached its peak and remained high,the shipment of smart phones in China has been declining year by year,and the domestic mobile phone market tends to be saturated.Facing the current domestic situation,China's mobile phone manufacturers are constantly striving to open up new target markets,and gradually take overseas markets as an important goal for breakthrough development.The implementation of "the belt and road initiative" policy provides a new opportunity for Chinese mobile phone manufacturers to enter overseas markets.There are many countries along the "the belt and road initiative",and the development of the mobile phone market is not yet mature,which has great potential to be tapped.Many domestic mobile phone manufacturers can further enhance their corporate reputation and international influence by virtue of the emerging market opened up by "the belt and road initiative".However,opportunities and challenges coexist.Facing many foreign mobile phone manufacturers,how domestic mobile phone manufacturers use their own strategic resources to strategize,thus becoming the research purpose of this paper.First of all,it analyzes the background of mobile phone manufacturers,combs the Chinese mobile phone manufacturers' corporate internationalization motivations,the theoretical data of corporate internationalization strategies and international development strategies,and lays the theoretical foundation for the following discussion.Secondly,based on the product life cycle theory and international trade theory,the international market share(MS)is used to measure the international competitiveness of Chinese mobile phones,so as to obtain the internal driving force for the internationalization of Chinese mobile phone manufacturers.By analyzing the status quo of China's mobile phone market,the development trend of related industries,and the promulgation and implementation of national policies,the external motivations for the international development of Chinese mobile phone manufacturers are summarized..Thirdly,based on the analysis of the internationalization motivation of Chinese mobile phone manufacturers,combined with the current situation at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current international operation status of domestic mobile phone companies,and selects Huawei,Xiaomi and Chuanyin as representative cases to analyze the international operation strategies of Chinese mobile phone manufacturers.Then,it analyzes the potential opportunities and challenges of the "the belt and road initiative" market environment,and puts forward targeted suggestions and measures,which have important guiding value for promoting enterprises to implement the "going out" strategy.
