At present,the shipment volume of smart phones in China's mobile phone market has fallen sharply year-on-year.The competition among major brands has become fierce.The Chinese mobile phone market has become saturated and has entered the stock game stage.Looking at the global smartphone market,shipments for the first time declined in 2017,and the competition is not optimistic.It is urgent for Chinese mobile phone companies to go to sea to seek new incremental markets to carry out mobile phone related services.This article formally starts from this background and studies the successful experience and problems of China's mobile phone companies in India,providing reference for Chinese mobile phone companies to go to sea.First of all,the dissertation introduces relevant theories in the literature review section.The first is to define the concept of internationalization of enterprises and the international business model of enterprises.The second is to follow the framework of the international business model of the company to introduce the theory of internationalization of the company's internationalization,the influencing factors of the company's internationalization,the theory of the company's international market entry model,the theory of the company's international development stage,and the research results on the internationalization of mobile phone companies.Second,the paper introduced the development of the global and Chinese mobile phone industry.First,it introduced the history of global mobile phone development and the current global mobile phone industry development environment.Second,it analyzed the domestic mobile phone market shipments,export volume,and market competition in recent years,and concluded that the current global and Chinese mobile phone market situation is not optimistic.The conclusion.Thirdly,the paper strictly follows the framework of the international business model of the company and analyzes the internationalization motives,target market choices,market entry patterns,and competition strategies adopted by the Chinese mobile phone companies in the host country.Based on the monopolistic advantages,comparative advantages,and internalization theories,this paper holds that the internationalization motives of China's mobile phone companies mainly include the use of advantageous capabilities,opening up markets,expanding production scale,reducing production costs,and overcoming trade barriers.The selection of the company's internationalized target market is mainly based on the host country's environmental factors,domestic environmental factors,and the company's own factors.It is found that the Indian market is the most favorable overseas market for Chinese mobile phone companies.In the market entry mode,the paper believes that China's mobile phone companies have entered the Indian market with a trade-based entry mode and adopted a gradual international model.In terms of competition strategy,the current status of Chinese mobile phone companies' competition in the Indian market was analyzed,and the experience of Chinese mobile phone companies operating in the Indian market was summarized from three aspects of channels,marketing,and products.Finally,through the above analysis,the paper uses Xiaomi Company as an example to find out the problems of Xiaomi's operation in India and find solutions to the problems through SWOT analysis.Xiaomi's problems in operating in India include lack of core technologies,trade barriers,and weak brand awareness,and accordingly put forward measures such as increasing investment in R&D,implementing localization strategies,dismantling mobile phone services,and testing high-end markets for water.Through the analysis of Xiaomi,it is not difficult to find some common problems and countermeasures to solve the problem,and then consider the particularity of each mobile phone company,and provide reference for the operation of China's mobile phone companies in India.
