This thesis presents the development of WEILANTE Company's manufacturing equipment maintaining assistance system.Its presentation is based on the enterprise's actual demands in its lean machinery components manufacturing and the theory and technologies in modern software engineering,with the goal to assure the maintenance service's data accuracy,objectivity and timeliness.This thesis presents the development work systematically from the functional requirements to the software technical solutions.This software's global function is laid on some of the equipment's maintaining assistance requirements in its production operating processes in combination with the improvement objectives in this service.The critical functions in the system include basic information management,equipment running status inspection,backup component information management and maintenance transaction information management.The related data processing demands and use case models are built up for the above requirement analysis.The thesis discusses the approach to the software solution with its design principle in balance of progression and practicality,to construct the software framework by means of the object-oriented methods.It presents some further concrete details,including its architecture design,database design,interface schemes,some internal data processing flows and object structures by means of object-oriented methodologies.WEILANTE Company's production equipment maintaining assistance system is implemented with C++ for Windows/.NET running environment and integrates with Oracle database server.In probation running phase it well assures the critical equipment maintenance's timeliness and accuracy,realizes the maintenance transaction information's accuracy and completeness,comparatively well satisfies the enterprise's goald for its development.
