Currently toys industrial product testing laboratory in the equipment information management in the process of information equipment are used traditional manual records, need records information, including basic information about equipment, equipment maintenance and calibration information, a large amount of information; the low efficiency of manual records, unable to keep up with the needs of modern enterprise and manual records need to be checked against the amount of information is larger, the need to invest a lot of manpower cost, resulting in the waste of human resources. And there is no set of equipment management information system, and laboratory management system for other docking. This toy, light industry products testing laboratories need to use now advanced information technologies and advanced hardware equipment, design and implement a set to conform to the need for laboratory equipment management information system. So as to achieve the standardization of equipment, digital management.In this paper, the design of the system is advanced, robustness, security and flexibility, the overall design of the system. C/S architecture model, using Server SQL 2010 for data storage, running on the XP/7/8 windows operating system. The application development of the system adopts the advanced J2 EE application system structure, the system structure is divided into presentation layer, business logic layer and data base layer. Function design and Realization of the equipment foundation information management module, equipment procurement management module, equipment maintenance management module, equipment management module, equipment allocation management module and system management module function. The design uses the hierarchical design model to design the physical structure, logical structure and physical structure of the database.
