Design And Implementation Of Equipment Management System For Anshan Normal College

Due to the increasing investment in education in our country, the development of colleges and universities has obtained more and more support in recent years. Hence, the number of equipments in scientific research and teaching has gradually increased. With the increasing number of devices, managing these devices has brought certain challenges for traditional manual management, which can not keep the pace progress. In addition, with the number of devices resources increasing, how to make good use of the limited equipments, and to maximize the value of research and teaching devices is a question worth pondering.In order to address the challenges of equipment management in colleges and universities, it poses an urgent need for practical and efficient solutions. To this end, for the device management of Anshan Normal University, this paper attempts to take advantages of information management technology and data analysis techniques to upgrade equipment management, and to design a system including device information management and data analysis.This article summarized the background of device management application, and then design a system after analyzing the needs of implementation of an equipment management system of Anshan Normal University. Firstly, the device management challenges are analyzed, and then the designing objective are summarized based on the current problems in device management efficiency and utilization as well as the application status and future development trend. Secondly, some of the existing technical concepts are introduced. Then, we analyzed the system needs, summarized equipment management system required function modules, which covers the system settings, equipment resources management, equipment uses management, equipment daily management, and device data analysis. After analyzing the needs of the system, we then introduced the five main modules in detail, and tested the system after the final realization of the Anshan Normal University Equipment Management System. The system can also raise the value of the equipment management efficiency and equipment, and has some promotional value.
