Research On Project Management Of J Software Company Based On PMO

With the increasingly fierce market competition and the growing business of enterprises,project-based management ideas have been recognized by more and more enterprises.In order to better cope with the gradual digital,information-based business environment,to meet the needs of enterprise project management,some enterprises began to carry out project management through PMO,and China's small and medium-sized software enterprises in this field is still in the start-up stage.In this paper,J company as the research object,first of all,to study the theoretical research status and related concepts of the project management office at home and abroad,summarize and refine J company in the establishment of PMO reference of advanced experience and basis;Based on the PMO management model,the targeted optimization scheme is put forward in order to optimize the progress control,scope management,resource allocation and communication and coordination reasonably,so as to achieve the goal of rapidly improving the overall ability of project management and adapting to the development strategy of the enterprise.This paper discusses the project management ability improvement plan of J company based on PMO,improves the enterprise-level project management system,and effectively improves the enterprise's overall management ability for different types of projects.At the same time,it also provides a certain reference meaning for small and medium software companies in PMO applications.
