At the end of 1996,the establishment of China Merchants Bank Yiwangtong opened the prelude to the systematization of China's banking electronic channel business,which mainly consists of online banking,mobile banking and We Chat banking to form the technical support system of banking electronic channel business.In 2019,the number of transactions in the electronic channel system of banking financial institutions exceeded 280 billion,with an amount of more than 193 trillion yuan,and the withdrawal rate exceeded 90%.The total number of users in rural areas totaled 1.53 billion.The electronic channel system has a relatively comprehensive penetration rate among the old,middle-aged,young and young groups in both urban and rural areas.It not only expands from young users to old users in terms of coverage,but also develops from developed areas to rural and other remote areas in terms of service depth.In recent years,with the gradual realization of electronic channel processing of consumer payment business,customers hope that the bank's deposit business,loan business and payment business of different currencies can be fully implemented online and card free processing,and put forward more challenging requirements for the system,such as personalized experience,humanized service,intelligent operation,information security,market-oriented data,etc.When the COVID-19 virus strikes in2020,there are more urgent demands for getting more electronic products and services from banks.It can be said that the quality of service and response efficiency of banks' demand for electronic financial services determines the overall satisfaction of customers to bank services,and the higher the overall satisfaction,the more loyal the customer is to the bank.The layout and strength of e-channel financial services of banks is related to the success or failure of banking business,and plays a vital role in the operational pressure and profitability of banks.In order to achieve the strategic goal of digital transformation,Jilin bank makes full use of big data,artificial intelligence and other technical means,takes the construction of electronic channel integrated management system as an opportunity,comprehensively optimizes the electronic channel business process,drives the adjustment of the bank's overall organizational structure and business ideas,and finds new customers,effective customers,customer value transformation and profit growth points It's the best way.Through the study of integrated management system,the business of customers,such as incomplete business functions,inconvenient business handling,incomplete business data,high operation and promotion and customer maintenance cost,namely to build a new electronic channel integrated management system,comprehensively comb the business process and optimize unreasonable process nodes,so as to improve the efficiency of business promotion in electronic channels.The perfect electronic channel business function helps to drainage and retain the electronic channel customers,further divert the customer group of the counter of the network,reduce the operating pressure of the counter,and save the operating cost and financial cost of the network.At the same time,by obtaining the value and income of the electronic channel customers,to create a new and continuous profit space.This paper studies the improvement scheme of Jilin bank electronic channel integrated management system to improve the efficiency of business operation promotion,product service and business handling by using the relevant theories of operation management and information system management.Through analyzing the real realization of the user use system of the integrated management system of electronic channel,the problems are found,such as the disorder and lack of the electronic channel system architecture system The paper analyzes the basic reasons for these problems,such as unified design,redundant and missing functions between different systems,slow function execution efficiency and inconsistent data.The main reasons are as follows: unreasonable allocation of capital input,lack of overall planning for system construction,imperfect business management organization and system,unreasonable process design.Based on the in-depth analysis of the requirements of the electronic channel integration management system of Jilin Bank,this paper proposes the construction principles and objectives of the new electronic channel integration management system.Guided by the results of the demand analysis,this paper designs the functional scheme and process improvement scheme of the new system.Finally,the implementation scheme of the system construction is formulated,and specific measures from the four aspects of organization,institution,finance and technology are proposed.We will ensure the feasibility of implementing the new system.
