The competition among telecom operators has turned into services. The qualityof network operation and maintenance work has become an important index tomeasure the operatorsIn order to adapt to the changes in the market, telecom operators must establisha customer service oriented mechanism, at the same time according to customerservice, establish working system of network operation and management of thecorresponding. Therefore put forward the new request to it. The system innovation tomanagement and monitoring system of the entire process, in order to facilitateunderstanding of the operation of the business system. The network operationmanagement process through the process of penetration, reduce the operation andmaintenance of the labor intensity, improve work efficiency, so that the businesssupport system be able to stable running, reliable, efficient, thereby improving usersatisfaction, but also the user loyalty strengthened, which makes the service quality toimprove.Based on the above changes, the major domestic carriers are the "world-classenterprises, from good to great new leap "as the direction of enterprise.But mustachieve this point lies in the network to maintain focus into the "standardization toenhance the level of network operation and maintenance, new to create excellentoperation system ",the construction of electronic operation and maintenancemanagement system and perfect is imperative.As the telecom operators, the operation and maintenance management is thecore supporting platform, electronic manage system is a comprehensive managementwork, employees unified scheduling. This paper from the domestic and foreignresearch present situation of electronic operation and maintenance, the maintenancemanagement system of telecom industry development background. In accordancewith the requirements of technical specification for operation and maintenancemanagement system of telecom enterprise, electronic operation and maintenancesystem is subdivided into operation plan management, duty management, operationmanagement, fault management. Scheduling module through the formulation of annual and monthly production plan and implementation of inspection, appraisal; dutymanagement, implementation of scheduling the professional personnel on duty, andconduct inquiries; dispatching management module, project cutover version upgradeand daily tasks; fault management module receives the alarm managementinformation to generate work orders, monitor, on network fault distribution, processing,evaluation function.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of fault managementmodule of electronic operation and maintenance system. Introduced the relatedentities and tables of the database, and how to design and implementation of faultmanagement module are described, the electronic management process, the UMLuse case diagram is established, the function demand. The process of managementcan reduce the cost of operation and maintenance, ensure the quality of the work,improve the efficiency of the maintenance staff, at the same time of completionmonitoring the scalability and maintenance work. Through this module, it can betterimprove the efficiency of fault processing, reduce the fault, better protection ofnetwork equipment.The system based on Cordys framework, using Oracle as the backgrounddatabase and Java of the development language. This paper introduces the relatedtechnologies involved such as Cordys system, Oracle database, Web server, webpage design language JSPThe system put into trial operation after the design is completed. It has stableworking state, greatly improves the operation efficiency of the system, withremarkable results.
