Design And Implementation Of Operation Support Platform For Electronic Channels Of Fujian Branch Of CMCC

The rapid development of electronic channels in modern society has changed the application of electronic and traditional channel. Through kinds of electric business website, People can complete daily all kinds of consumption, investment and other personalized application requirements just staying at home, so electronic channels is increasingly emphasized in our country enterprises, and the supporting system of electronic channels also gets more attention.This thesis illustrates an real instance about an electronic channels management system based on the Internet application characteristics of electronic channels which is designed for China Mobile Fujian branch and developed using WEB Technology, which realized the unified management and operation of all the common functions of electronic channels. The electronic channels management system solves many problem brought by the past sub-channel system construction, such as system- scattered, inconsistent information and difficult to maintain and duplication of resources, while achieves the development of Internet-based e-commerce functions and marketing functions, and satisfy the electronic-commerce business needs of telecommunication operators.This thesis research the comprehensive management system based on the electronic channel application which is used for telecommunication operators. First of all, this paper discusses the insufficiency of the existing system and put forward a electronic channels management system construction of telecommunication operators application scenarios. Secondly, it refers the relevant technical theory using in the system structural design and functional implementation, such as JAVA language, HTML, JSP, osworkflow and Oracle databases concepts. Thirdly, According to a lot of research results and the actual requirements,it decides to use the design idea of module, including system-based function, information management function, activity management function and commodities management function. And then it discusses on thedesign of the system, including architecture design, network structure design, system function design and database design. Finally, it studies the mainly functional implementation of the system,and the system development tools, running environment deployment, tools and techniques development framework is introduced in this paper.
