Research About Production Management Informationization Construction In Copper Busbar Workshop Of S Company

As the "made in China 2025" strategic plan has been issued,the domestic manufacturing industry,especially the high technology equipment manufacturing industry,has been an extremely hot topic among the public again.In recent years,under the background of the deep integration of industrialization and informatization,enterprises have made great progress on automation and informatization.Many enterprises have gradually implemented ERP,CRM,SCM,PLM and other upstream information management software in the top-down planning of enterprise informatization construction,but the informatization construction of workshop production management is still blank.The production execution of the workshop is like a "black box",which can not be timely fed back to the planning layer,resulting in the information asymmetry between the planning layer and the execution layer,forming a "information fault".Manufacturing execution system(MES)has resolved the problem,which closely connects the production planning and production execution of enterprises,and improves the transparency of workshop production execution.As a leading enterprise in power equipment industry,S company plays an important role in information construction to enhance its core competitiveness.This paper selects the copper bus workshop of S company as the research sample,combined with the author's own work experience,hoping to find a reference route suitable for S company and even the same industry in China.Starting from the current status of production management and informatization level of S company's copper busbar workshop,this paper lists the main pain points,such as low production execution efficiency,untimely equipment maintenance,opaque production process,difficult in quality traceability,etc.Starting from these pain points,this paper studies the necessity,goal,main content,information construction framework,methods and steps of production management information construction of S company's copper busbar workshop.Through the information construction,connecting production plan and workshop execution,information island is eliminated,and the overall construction goal of workshop execution is more transparent,production is more efficient,quality traceability is more reliable,and equipment maintenance is more timely.This paper based on the ideas of discovering problems,analyzing problems,solving problems,and verifying results.At the same time,combined with literature research method,comparative analysis method,system analysis method and other research methods to study the production management information construction of S company copper busbar workshop.We can see it has a positive impact on the production management of copper busbar workshop and the improvement of informatization level of S company,and also plays an indispensable role in helping copper bus workshop to make agile manufacturing and promoting lean production process.The process of information construction of copper busbar workshop production management also helps the line operators and managers to establish the awareness of information management,which is an important means to enhance the enterprise innovation ability and strengthen the enterprise brand effect.
