Design And Implementation Of MES In Tobacco Shred Workshop Of Yan’an Cigarette Factory

With the rapid development of information and technology, and how to improve production efficiency by using modern technology and scientific management is an important issue that enterprises have to face and to solve. Although the level of automation is very high in domestic tobacco industry; there is still a serious shortage wide gap between ERP management layer and the layer of automatic control. The problem also seriously hampers the efficiency of the tobacco enterprises.Based on this situation and the overall information of Yan’an cigarette factory construction plan, the paper designs and implements the MES of processing workshop class of Yan’an cigarette factory.The paper introduces firstly the background issues, the concept of manufacturing execution systems, then explained the research status and trends of the manufacturing execution systems, including international and domestic. And then the paper briefly introduces the current situation of informatization in Yan’an cigarette factory, pointing out the significance of this study. Secondly, the paper analyzes in detail the requirements of the system, designing the system function modules. Next, based on requirements analysis, the paper introduces the design program of some database, and lay stress on the analysis and design of the two key sub-modules which are plan management and data management of production. The paper mainly analyses and compares some classics scheduling algorithms. After comparison, GA algorithm is used in the system. Concreting on the realization of the system, base on the characteristics of the C/S and the enterprise, the system uses the C/S structure. We coded the system by VB language on the ASP.NET platform. Finally, the paper summarized the work, the deficiencies and direction of the development in the future.
