Manufacturing Execution System is the advanced technical means to control andoptimize workshop production process as an efficient real-time production managementsystem, and it is used widely in aircraft manufacturing area. Kanban technology can realizeworkshop production operation visual management as the important realization form of theadvanced production management system and has an important effect on MES realization andthe whole workshop production operation process. In this paper, studying in the backgroundof general aviation production management, kanban technology has been used in MES ofaircraft assembly line to build up the kanban management system in real-time monitoring, andsystem information of workshop was achieved in final, so as the optimizing process inworkshop, which can improve the efficiency of production management and the enterprise’sbenefit.In this paper, firstly, we had a further study in kanban technology, the theory of MES andsystem technology, had a analysis of aircraft assembly line and management system forgeneral aviation. And we have pointed out the system model and parts in detail as well. Then,combined with kanban technology and the present situation of the production assembly line,made a overall design of kanban system. Function models of kanban system and functionparts in detail have been identified by UML (Unified Modeling language) with C/S in threelevels, and then conceptual design and logical design of kanban system was finished with E-Rmodel of database design, together with the underlying support of Oracle Database and theanalysis of database needs according to needs of kanban system, the database was built incontrolling level by access technology of ADO.NET. Finally, aircraft assembly line ofvehicles, station, process level3dynamic monitoring came true and so as data share withproduction information in assembly line system after using object-oriented thought tocomplete software design of kanban management system in the VisualStadio.Net platform.The operation result proved that the kanban system can provide the most direct, the most effective management platform for the workshop production operation; also can timely findout the bottleneck in the production process, improve the production efficiency, has theobvious engineering value.
