An Empirical Study Of Software Industry Development On Digital Economy Growth

Since the 21 st century,cloud computing,big data and other digital technologies have flourished.All kinds of industries are seeking digital transformation and development,and the digital economy has become the focus area of all countries in the 21 century.Through its own strategic characteristics,the software industry promotes the digital transformation of industry and the development of industrial digital industrialization,which provides an important force for the growth of digital economy.The study of the impact of software industry development on the growth of digital economy is helpful to clarify its mechanism and provide corresponding policy or suggestions for the development of software industry and digital economy in China.The concept of "digital economy" was put forward by Don Tapscott in 1995.In the past 30 years,a large number of scholars and institutions have studied the impact of information and communication technology industry on economic growth,the impact of software industry on economic growth and the impact of software industry on digital economy.At the same time,a large number of research results show that the development of software industry has a positive effect on the growth of digital economy.This paper holds that the software industry promotes the growth of digital economy by optimizing and upgrading the traditional industrial structure,promoting the digital transformation of traditional industries and promoting the rapid development of digital industrialization.At the same time,the sample is divided into two groups: developed country and developing country.The fixed effect model is used to analyze it.Finally,it is concluded that the development of software industry plays a positive role in promoting the growth of digital economy in developing countries and developed countries.In addition,for more targeted to China's software industry and the development of the digital economy,writer increases the investment of human capital and general capital in software industry will also promote the development of digital economy.On the basis of this theory,this paper selects 38 countries in the world as a sample by establishing a panel model to analyze the impact of software industry development on the growth of digital economy.The results show that the software industry development have a positive impact on the growth of digital economy.At the same time,this paper talks about the current situation of China's the software industry development,the R&D expenses of software industry,the investment of employees and the development of digital economy,and discusses the impact of the development of Chinese software industry on the growth of digital economy by establishing a VAR model.As a big country in the digital economy,China should increase the investment in R&D expenses of the software industry,increase the training of talents in the software industry,and accelerate the implementation of some relevant policies of the software industry in order to promote the development of the software industry.At the same time,China should also promote the overall layout of national resources,strengthen the construction of new infrastructure,improve the digital supervision system,and then promote the standardized development of China's digital economy.
