With the increasing proportion of digital economy in the national economy and the increasing attention of the country to digital economy.The impact of digitization on the development of China and even the world continues to deepen.China's 14 th five year plan and 2035 vision clearly put forward the requirements of digital transformation planning.We should vigorously develop the digital economy and make the digital economy a new driving force for development.The whole society is undergoing digital transformation and upgrading,Enterprise digital transformation is regarded as an effective means for traditional enterprises to achieve a new round of development.In the context of digital economy,the digital transformation of enterprises is not plain sailing.At present,with the continuous deepening of digital economy in all fields of national economy,digital economy is changing the internal and external environment for the survival of traditional software and hardware manufacturers.Digital technology has injected new strength into the reform of China's small and medium-sized enterprises,More and more enterprises have realized the rapid development of enterprises through digital technology.Under the background of the development of digital economy,digital transformation has become a very important direction of enterprise transformation,which is also in line with the national strategic development.In the post epidemic era,the development process of digital transformation has been accelerated,and new technologies and new ideas have gone deeper into society and enterprises,thus opening a new development mode and fundamentally changing the original operation mode,business mode and service mode of the enterprise.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the research of scholars at home and abroad,so as to lay an idea and framework for the writing of follow-up papers.This paper selects the case of digital transformation of Z Company for research and analysis.Z company was established in 1998 and listed in 2011 after several years of development.After listing,company Z began to deploy and develop core technologies.With the development of new generation information technology,the company began to explore digital transformation,mainly from the perspective of digital transformation and upgrading of organizational structure,business model,business,technology and products.Through the evaluation of transformation process and transformation results of company Z,The transformation of company Z has great reference value for other small and medium-sized enterprises in the same industry.This paper studies the motivation of Z company's enterprise transformation,mainly using the macro and micro environment analysis methods pest,Porter's five forces and SWOT.By analyzing the internal and external factors of Z company's digital transformation under the background of digital economy,this paper makes a detailed analysis to find out the reasons for Z Company's digital transformation.The digital transformation is in line with the law of historical development,Digital transformation provides a sustainable driving force for enterprise development.The necessity of digital transformation is analyzed,which can promote the same type of enterprises.Secondly,the transformation path of Z company is systematically analyzed.Through its path analysis,digital transformation is a comprehensive transformation,not only technological innovation and product innovation,but also comprehensive transformation and upgrading as much as possible.For the guarantee of transformation and upgrading,it mainly analyzes the schemes adopted in the process of promoting the enterprise's digital transformation from the aspects of the enterprise's strategic layer,management layer,business layer and technology layer.Combined with its own situation,company Z mainly adopts the deep digital transformation at the technical layer and business layer in the aspect of digital transformation,which are also the most likely to see results in the short term.Digital transformation is an overall digital transformation and a continuous process,which can not be fully realized in a short time.Therefore,small and medium-sized enterprises of the same type should gradually carry out digital transformation according to their own situation and strength,and try to avoid comprehensive digital transformation from the beginning.Enterprise digital transformation is a long-term process.If enterprises want to succeed in transformation,they must constantly conduct in-depth research and Reform on all aspects of the enterprise.In this process,enterprises should constantly provide all-round guarantees such as technology,personnel,organization and capital to avoid transformation failure.
