Study On The Relationship Between Software Industry And Digital Economy Growth In China

At present,China has entered a new era of digital economy leading economic development,folloed by increasing optimization of economic structure and development of emerging industries.As the core of digital economy,software industry has always been one of the fastest growing strategic emerging industries in China's national economy.It is also the main driving force to promote the digital transformation of industry.Studying the relationship between software industry and digital economic growth in China will help to clarify the mutual promotion mechanism between software industry and digital economic growth and put forward a proposal for the future development of software industry.Firstly,the paper deeply analyses the mechanism of mutual complementation and promotion between software industry and digital economy.Specifically,software industry runs through the development of digital economy and promotes the innovation and development of three industries on the basis of digital transformation and integration of traditional industries.At the same time,digital economy also provides a broad field of development for software industry.The new ecology of the software industry has been built,the transformation and upgrading of the software industry has been accelerated,and the new growth point of the software industry has been found in the integration of the new technology and the traditional industry.Then,on the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper explores the relationship between software industry and digital economic growth,and draws a conclusion that the development of software industry has a positive effect on digital economic growth and the proportion of software industry income in the total scale of digital economy in China has increased year by year,up to 20%since 2012;in the Error Vector Correction Model in error vector correction,the elasticity of China's software industry output value to the growth of digital economy scale is 0.78;in the panel model,the elasticity of China's software industry income to the growth of digital economy scale is 0.02.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to develop the software industry in China based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,including:perfecting the intellectual property law,optimizing the development environment of the software industry;improving the personnel training mechanism;increasing investment in software research and technological innovation;and accelerating the digital transformation and upgrading.
