Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of China's Software Export In The Digital Economy

Software export is an important way for the software industry to integrate into the global industrial value chain;it is also an important support for fostering new advantages in foreign trade competition.At present,the digital economy has become a new engine for global economic development.The development of new-generation digital technologies such as big data,the Internet of Things,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and block chain has created new development opportunities for software exports.Therefore,promoting the transformation and upgrading of software export is the key to improving the competitiveness of service trade in the digital economy era in the face of a new global technological revolution and industrial change.The paper explores the connotation of software export transformation and upgrading,and systematically analyzes the present situation and influence factors of China's software export transformation and upgrading.Then,based on the qualitative research,the paper makes a quantitative analysis of China's software export transformation index and China's software export upgrading performance.Based on this,the key factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of China's software export are analyzed by regression analysis,and the specific influence direction and degree of each influence factor on the transformation and upgrading of China's software exports are analyzed.Draw the following conclusions:from 2007 to 2019,China's software export transformation index was distributed between 2.2-12.1,showing a "M" shaped change trend,and China's software export transformation level generally showed a downward trend.The performance of China's software export upgrading ranges from 0.25-1.59,showing a "V" shaped change trend,and the level of China's software export upgrade generally shows an upward trend.The investment in scientific and technological innovation,the level of ecological development of digital economy,the demand of international market,the level of human capital,the demand of domestic market,the level of export policy support and the level of foreign investment will increase by 1%respectively,and the upgrading level of China's software export will increase correspondingly.Finally,based on the comprehensive theoretical and empirical and analysis results,the paper proposes targeted countermeasures to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's software exports.These countermeasures and suggestions include accelerating the strategic layout of the digital economy;increasing investment in technology research and development;accurately matching the software industry's development talent needs,improving the multi-level software talent training mechanism;actively expanding the software export market,and improving the software export hierarchy;improving software export policies and regulations,and optimizing Software industry business environment.The main innovation of the thesis lies in:expanding the research on foreign trade transformation and upgrading by domestic and foreign researchers to Chinese software exports.Use a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to conduct theoretical and empirical research in the field of Chinese software export transformation and upgrading.To some extent,the research has made up for the gap in the research of China's software export transformation and upgrading.
