In today's increasingly fierce market competition environment,for enterprises to meet the needs of customers is the fundamental survival,and for customers,the speed requirements of their own demands to get response is more and more strict.In the connection and communication between customers and enterprises,the order directly reflects customer satisfaction.Therefore,if companies want to get and keep their advantages in competition,effective order management process is the necessary premise and important guarantee.If the company can manage the order process well,it can make the order cycle time shorter,the production cost less and the inventory pressure lighter.It also can improve the production efficiency and increase the company's competitiveness.This paper takes NT company as the research background.Firstly,it analyzes its industry and its own development status.OTS(on time shipment)achievement rate is low,delivery cycle is lack of competitiveness,and customer satisfaction is not high.Secondly,in order to maintain and expand its competitive advantage,the company must make breakthroughs in on-time delivery and rapid response to customers,and optimizing the order management process is the key factor to achieve the goal.This paper uses ASME process analysis tool to evaluate and analyze the existing order management process of the company,and finds out the problems existing in the existing process,such as cumbersome approval process,imperfect information system,poor coordination and communication,etc The optimization scheme of process management improves the proportion of value-added activity time and reduces the proportion of transportation and delay time,analyzes the optimization implementation guarantee mechanism,improves the order management assessment mechanism,and improves the information system platform.This paper combines theory and practice together,analyzes and optimizes NT company's sales order management process,which is the most important factor of improving the company's customer satisfaction and improving the competitiveness of the enterprise.The research of this paper can be applied to practical operation,which is of great significance.At the same time,the same type of manufacturing enterprises can also get some valuable reference from this research.
