Research And Implementation Of The Whole Process Closed-Loop Order Management System

Order closed-loop management represents that forming closed-loop links in each execution step of orders' life cycle for the impletation process of orders in real-time moniroting and feedback.At present,with the increase of domestic hospitals' informatization level and the rising popularity of the applications of the technologies like the wireless networks,the Internet of Things,the middleware and the autonamtic identificaiton,the condition for order closed-loop management's realizaiton in hospitals has been provided.The purpose of the order closed-loop management is to ensure the orders implemented accurately,reduce the medical errors and control the medical quality.However,most of the domestic hospitals have not implemented the order closed-loop management.Moreover,most of the hospitals that have implemented the order closed-loop management only implement the order closed-loop management in execution processes of few common order types classified by diagnosis and treatment.The whole process order closed-loop management,which indicates forming links in each execution step of orders that cover all common order types classified by diagnosis and treatment,is implemented in few domestic hospitals.In allusion to the problems above,this paper analyzes and summarizes the closed-loop processes of all common types of orders in hospitals to establish closed-loop process moedels for all common types of orders that are classified by diagnosis and treatment,and normalizes the function of each link in orders' processes to model the losed-loop management system's functions.On this basis,the whole process order closed-loop management system is designed and implemented to optimize the order process and improve the quality of medical care.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Researching the current closed-loop processes in domestic hospitals through the user interviews,direct observation and literature consulting,analyzing and summarizing the different types of the order process,the order closed-loop process models are established to porivde references for the process design of order closed-loop management system.(2)Summarizing the functional requirements of each link in the order closed-loop processes through anayzing the order closed-loop process models that this research establishes,synthetizing the research findings of.the order closed-loop management system in a vareity of ways,the functional models of order closed-loop management system are established to porivde references for the functional design of order closed-loop management system.(3)Designing and implementing the order closed-loop management system based on the order process models and the system's functional models.The main content includes the development of the doctor workstation and the nurse workstation to build the foundation platform for the order process management,the development of the mobile nursing system to implement the closed-loop management for the drug order by recording drug orders' process information,the development of integration platform to implement the closed-loop management for the different types of order,such as examination,test,operation,blood transfusion and so on by realizing the integration of medical information systems.(4)Validating the system and carrying out the application pracitce.Firstly,testing the closed-loop degree of each type of orders in the closed-loop management system that this research implements in the simulated environment to evaluate the usability of the system and to verify the validity of order closed-loop models.Secondly,implementing the system in a domestic top three hospital.At present,the doctor workstation,the nurse workstation and the integration platform has been used on-line,with implementing the closed-loop management for different types of order,such as examination,test,operation and consultation.The mobile nursing system has also been on trial and evaluated preliminarily.In the trial phase,the whole process order closed-loop management has been implemented in the hospital to enhance the traceability of order processes under the coaction of the mobile nursing system,the doctor workstaiton,the nurse workstaiton and the integration platform.
