Research On Process Mining And Optimization Of Order Management Business In Large-scale Manufacturing Enterprises

Manufacturing directly reflects the level of productivity of a country, and the primary goal of the manufacturing industry is to strive for orders, excellent order fulfillment capability is a major competitive advantage of the manufacturing industry. As a leader in the manufacturing industry, large-scale manufacturing enterprises need to do order management work, to ensure their competitiveness. The research object of this paper is order management business process in a large-scale manufacturing enterprise, frontier theory and technology such as workflow modeling, control flow dimension mining, consistency checking techniques was applied in process mining and optimization of order management business in large-scale manufacturing enterprises.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the business process of order management in large-scale manufacturing enterprises, and constructs the framework of order management business process mining and optimization. Firstly, using the theory and method of workflow modeling, order management business activities in accordance with the actual operation process in relation to each other, combined with the actual management of orders real operation processes and the results of a survey, order management workflow model is established. Secondly, based on the technique of process mining, from the perspective of the process, mining the event log of a large-scale manufacturing enterprises order management business process by using different mining software and algorithm, and the process model of the actual business operation is obtained by comparing the different mining results, then improved algorithm a, so improved algorithm a can mining process model consistent with the actual business operations based on Petri net. Finally, based on the consistency checking technology in process mining, measuring the degree of deviation of the real process and the predefined process, the actual business process of the large manufacturing enterprise was diagnosed, to detect the abnormal process case as a sample of the audit process of risk assessment, analysis case abnormal causes and risk assessment results, propose order management business process optimization scheme, and verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.According to the characteristics of large manufacturing enterprises, this paper puts forward the order management business process mining and optimization framework for large scale manufacturing enterprises, and process mining algorithm a algorithm has been improved, so that a improved algorithm can mining special routing structure exited in large manufacturing enterprise order management business processes, which is of significance to the optimization of business process.
