Study On Public Cultural Service Of P City Museum

With the gradual deepening of the reform of China's market economy system and the rapid development of cultural undertakings,the overall construction of public cultural service system has become an important part of the development of cultural undertakings in China.Public cultural service is an important content of the construction of socialist cultural power with Chinese characteristics and an important way to protect the basic cultural rights and interests of the people.Improving public cultural service facilities and enriching public cultural products and services will lay a solid foundation for enhancing cultural self-confidence,strengthening national cultural soft power and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The establishment of a modern public cultural service system covering urban and rural areas,convenient and efficient,basic and fair has become a major livelihood project of our government in cultural construction.This article takes P city museum as the analysis object,in-depth investigation and research on the present situation of P city museum public service work,through the questionnaire survey,it is found that P city museum in the process of carrying out public cultural service mainly has the problems of imperfect infrastructure,low utilization rate of cultural relics resources,single service content form,slow digital construction and lagging development of Wenchuang products.Analysis of the causes of the problem,mainly related to P city museum service awareness lag,lack of development funds,lack of professional personnel,management system and mechanism is not perfect and lack of foreign exchanges and other factors.On the basis of combing the public cultural service problems of P museums and analyzing the causes of the problems,this paper suggests to strengthen the construction of P museums,such as perfecting the infrastructure construction,improving the digitization level,strengthening the construction of cultural relics and talents in the collection,and perfecting the management system and mechanism.At the same time,through the establishment of public finance-based diversified funding channels to solve the problem of insufficient funds for the development of P city museums.Moreover,the public cultural service of P city museum is further improved by improving the social service benefit of P city museum.Finally,we hope to improve the public cultural service level of P city museum.At the same time,taking P city museum as a case,we can provide reference for the development of small and medium-sized museums in other places.
