Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Museums In The Construction Of Regional Culture In Henan Province

Culture is an important embodiment of a country's comprehensive strength and a foundation of a nation's cohesiveness.As a carrier of the dissemination of excellent Chinese traditional culture,the museum shoulders the burden of collecting cultural heritage,opening exhibitions of diverse exhibitions,scientific research of collections,exchanges and cooperation between libraries,and providing cultural and leisure places for the public.Therefore,strengthening the museum's research in cultural construction plays an important role in improving museum services,strengthening museum functions,and promoting museum development.This paper takes the museum as the research object,and analyzes the connotation,characteristics and content of the public cultural service of the museum in Henan.By introducing the current situation of the public cultural service of the museum in our province,it analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the regional cultural construction of the museum in our province.The reason and propose corresponding improvement measures.Through the analysis of literature,questionnaires,inductive deduction,field interviews and other social scientific research methods,this paper analyzes and summarizes the status quo of public cultural services and regional cultural construction in our province,and addresses six problems in the development of museums in our province: inter-regional development.Unbalanced,single type of exhibition;closed conception,weak service consciousness;aging structure of practitioners;lack of effective combination with digital technology;limited exchange and cooperation between libraries;lack of incentive mechanism;failure to fully display intangible and intangible cultural heritage exhibits.Combined with the theoretical guidance,based on the specific content of infrastructure,resource types and team services,we will start from changing the traditional service concept,improving service awareness,and improving the museum's own construction,in order to enhance the social influence and better for the provincial museum.The work of public cultural services brings help.The innovation of this paper is to adopt multi-disciplinary research methods,from the perspective of public cultural services,using the collected data for statistical analysis,summarizing the current situation of the operation and management of museums in our province,and identifying possible problems,How to maximize the quality of public cultural services and meet the needs of the people's cultural life to propose solutions.
