Research On The Development Of Private Museums And The Funcation Of Public Cultural Service

Since the reform and opening up,China's cultural system reform has been deepening,and the museum industry has been booming.Especially in recent years,with the development of China's economic and social transformation,the state attaches great importance to the construction of public cultural service system,and the cultural soft power continues to improve.Not only the government led public museums have been significantly developed,but also the private museums mainly invested by private capital It also came into being,and sprouted like mushrooms in the land of China,developing and growing.However,the private museum is a new thing in our country,the development time is short,and it is still in the exploration stage.There are some problems,such as the management system is not perfect,the management operation is not standardized,the policies and regulations are not perfect,and the role of cultural services is not obvious.This paper takes Tai'an City as an example,standing in the perspective of public cultural services,analyzes the quantity distribution,development status and existing problems of private museums in Tai'an City,reasonably considers how to promote the private museums in Tai'an City to better play the role of public cultural services,and promotes the private museums to play a greater role in cultural research,cultural communication and cultural services.This paper consists of six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly including the background,significance and methods of the research;the second chapter is the nature and development process of the private museum,focusing on the concept and functional attributes of the definition of the private museum,discussing the development process,identity,and the relationship with the public museum,and getting the public museum of the private museum Cultural function is the conclusion of its most important social function;the third chapter summarizes the current development status and main characteristics of private museums in Tai'an City from the aspects of quantity,distribution and management mode;the fourth chapter systematically summarizes the main factors influencing the public cultural function of private museums in Tai'an City from the aspects of Museum management,policies and regulations,funds and talents,social concerns,etc The fifth chapter,based on the previous analysis,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the private museum of Tai'an to play a better role in its functions;the sixth chapter summarizes the paper.
