The thesis explores and analyzes the index system and methods ofwebsite credit assessment to provide effective methods and technology forwebsite credit comprehensive assessment. The primary contents of thisthesis are as followings:(1) Building up a website credit assessment index system, identifyingthe main factors for website credit according to the features of micro-blog,e-commerce and other types of different areas of the network platform, andthen calculating the weight of indexes based on the Analytic HierarchyProcess(AHP).(2) Researching on website credit assessment index data acquisitionand preprocessing. Because the website credit assessment is a complexprocess, then how to obtain these data has become an important topic. Theindex data is obtained by three methods: manual inspection, thequestionnaire survey and the use of auxiliary tools. After acquiring theseindex data, they also need to be preprocessed, including quantitative index preprocess and qualitative index preprocess.(3) Researching on the website credit assessment technology andmethods. In order to enhance the effect of website credit management, thispaper divides website credit assessment into two process:static assessmentand dynamic adjustment. In the static assessment, we use FuzzyComprehensive Hierarchy Assessment, and calculate the membershipfunctions by using three kinds of trapezia functions. In the dynamicadjustment, this paper innovatively puts forward the website credit dynamicadjustment techniques, including association website credit impact analysis,black list association website credit adjustment and perfidy associationwebsite credit adjustment, and gives pseudo code description of the threealgorithms.(4) Designing a website credit assessment system prototype based onBrowser/Server structure by using.NET Framework.
