With the rapid development of online shopping,the number of e-commerce platforms has gradually increased.The online shopping market has matured and gradually entered a new stage of quality improvement.Price is no longer the only focus of consumers.The level of information service and service quality of e-commerce platforms Gradually attracted the attention of consumers.In the environment where the online shopping market is booming,competition among e-commerce platforms has become increasingly fierce,and the homogeneity of products and information services among platforms has become more serious,some urgent problems have hindered the healthy development of e-commerce platform information services.Therefore,e-commerce platforms must not only pay attention to their own product quality and information service operation management,but also need to always pay attention to the potential needs and value experience of users.In this context,user feedback has become an important basis for e-commerce platforms to improve information service levels and service efficiency.Different levels of users have different needs,and their consumption motivations are also different.E-commerce platforms can only achieve results if they focus on improving user satisfaction.How to accurately identify the needs of old users and potential users for e-commerce platform information services and retain users for a long time,how to provide consumers with more appropriate and convenient information services,and how to improve e-commerce platform information service user satisfaction.The important development strategy of the business platform.At present,the research on the evaluation of user satisfaction of e-commerce platform information services is not comprehensive.This paper adopts the literature research method to define the concept of e-commerce platform information service.After sorting out the relevant research results,it builds an index system for e-commerce platform information service user satisfaction evaluation from five dimensions.They are platform services,Service quality,interactive functions,product information and personal information,and 26 index items corresponding to the five dimensions,covering the entire process of e-commerce platform information services as comprehensively as possible.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the e-commerce platform information service user satisfaction index is weighted,the specific steps of the satisfaction evaluation index assignment are explained,and the comprehensive evaluation result is finally obtained.In the empirical part,the case of Taobao,an e-commerce platform,is used for analysis.Design the questionnaire based on the evaluation indicators,conduct a questionnaire survey,use the data analysis software SPSS to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and then calculate the weight based on the satisfaction evaluation data obtained from the questionnaire to obtain Taobao information service users the comprehensive result of the satisfaction evaluation.Finally,based on the conclusions of this research,corresponding improvement strategies are proposed for the five dimensions of platform services,service quality,interactive functions,product information and personal information and the following specific indicators.
