In recent years,social media has enjoyed unprecedented development,and the intelligent mobile terminal equipment technology has become more and more mature.As a new form of information organization,user generated content(UGC)has greatly changed people's lives.While browsing information,people can publish their own opinions and communicate with other net friends.The travel website contains a large number of travel information,which is the most important reference source for tourists.As the increase of the users,user-generated content grows rapidly.User-generated content has a high degree of freedom,lacks uniform standards and formats,which inevitably leads to many quality problems.As a result,tourists cannot effectively screen out the required information,which seriously affects the travel decisions of tourists and the operation of the website.Therefore,it is particularly important to construct a set of information quality evaluation system suitable for tourism website user-generated content.This paper mainly studies the user-generated content in tourism websites.Firstly,we sort out the relevant theories in the field of UGC and information quality evaluation,and analyze the different patterns of tourism websites and the types of UGC.Eventually select the representative content of travel notes in travel websites as the research object.Secondly,based on the previous information quality evaluation research and the unique characteristics of tourism website,this paper construct the basic framework of evaluation,which has five dimensions of content quality,reference sources,expression level,information utility and emotional experience.Thirdly,this paper explored the importance of each index through the questionnaires,and determined the specific weight of each evaluation index in every evaluation dimension by AHP.Complete the whole tourism website user-generated content information quality evaluation system.Finally,based on the evaluation system,this paper established a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model for user-generated content information quality of tourism websites,and selects two representative tourism websites under OTA and UGC modes for empirical application test.Then we discussed relevant conclusions and put forward targeted suggestions.It is found that there are many differences between two different modes.Under the OTA mode,the information content quality and information utility are higher,while tourism website users under the UGC mode are more satisfied with their emotional experience.
