| We are living in a complex and ever-changing era,in which the economy is booming,life is changing,culture is flourishing,society is developing in an all-round way,and the basic needs of mankind have been met.Living in a world like this,people desire a better quality of life,so the needs for a richer spiritual and cultural life grows.As Various cultural TV shows coming up,they have becoming a new spiritual pillar of people in modern social life.The cultural TV show,China in Stories,is a emerging program following Chinese Poetry Conference,National Treasures and other cultural programs.The program follows a structure of "drama + film +variety show" to illustrate the connotation inside Chinese culture,further explore more excellent perspectives of traditional Chinese culture,and also help with the sustainable development of cultural TV programs.This paper,supported by relevant theories of narratology,uses the cultural TV show China in Stories as the research object,and carries out an in-depth discussion on the program from four aspects-narrative story,discourse,space and time.First of all,China in Stories tells past and present stories in a brand-new expression form,which helps to dig deep into the stories behind many famous classic works and real events in daily life.The new expression form uses drama interpretation in the narration,which strengthens the theme of the program,and enhances the attractiveness and variety effects of the story narration.Secondly,this program focuses on the story itself and details,narrates stories from multiple perspectives,uses different narrative techniques,interprets the symbolic meaning in the program,and sticks on the truth of stories,to make the distance between audiences and the works closer,which helps to achieve the purpose of the program.Thirdly,the program China in Stories makes fully use of the natural state of time and space,and is more orderly and logical in the narrative of the story.It builds multiple stage spaces,gives the audiences an immersive experience,and presents the drama works in an all-round way.Finally,this program analyzes some problems existing in the narration of current cultural TV shows,such as serious homogenization of narration content and slow narration pace,to make a contribution for the future development of cultural TV shows.Although current cultural TV programs are developing steadily and get to successfully convey desired cultural connotations,we should also see the disadvantages and shortcomings in the development of general cultural TV programs.Only if we face those problems existing in current programs seriously and find suitable solutions,so that we can help with the long-term and sustainable development and the influence of cultural TV programs. |
