At present,with the accelerated development of market economy in China,people's pursuit of spiritual civilization has been gradually improved,and the cultural industry has ushered in another spring.As an important member of the cultural industry,publishing media enterprises have made good achievements.However,with the rapid rise of the Internet industry,the traditional publishing media enterprises in China have been severely criticized.How to stand out in the fierce market competition and find a profit model suitable for their own development is a problem that publishing media enterprises need to consider.Therefore,this paper uses literature research method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method to analyze the profit model of Chinese Media Group Co.,Ltd.Firstly,this paper summarizes the definition and classification of profit model,and then introduces the development status and profit model of publishing media industry;Then the five elements of the Chinese media profit model are analyzed in detail: profit point,profit source,profit object,profit lever and profit barrier,the profit model of Chinese media is evaluated vertically by using operation ability,growth ability,solvency and profitability,and the profit model of China South Media,Phoenix Media and Chinese Media in the same industry is selected for horizontal evaluation,and the profit model of Chinese media is summarized through different angles of analysis;For the potential risks of Chinese media profit model,such as government policy adjustment of profit point reduction,new business development delay causes insufficient profit source,market competition intensified impact profit barrier,put forward targeted rectification opinions including new market,increase new profit point,optimize new business,increase business income and build core competitiveness,strengthen the enterprise profit barrier;It is hoped that the analysis of the profit model of Chinese media can provide useful reference for other enterprises in the publishing media industry.
