| Education informatization is an inevitable change in the field of education in the information age to use information technology to promote the development of education.The informatization of college education is an objective requirement for cultivating high-quality talents in the new era.The ability and level of college teachers to use informatization teaching resources greatly affects the quality of teaching and personnel training.Only when college teachers make effective use of information-based teaching resources,can they give full play to the effectiveness of information-based teaching resources,thereby improving the level of teaching quality,promoting the process of educational informatization,and accelerating the pace of educational modernization.After reviewing domestic and foreign literatures related to informatization teaching resources,this research decided to focus on the idea of "discovering problems-exploring causes-proposing countermeasures",and carried out research on the current situation and problems of the utilization of informatization teaching resources for college teachers.This study takes college teachers in Guilin as the research object,takes effective teaching theory,self-efficacy theory and knowledge management theory as theoretical guidance,adopts questionnaires,interviews and classroom observations and other methods to analyze the application environment,utilization knowledge,utilization type,utilization From the dimensions of methods and utilization effects,it is necessary to understand the current situation of college teachers’ utilization of information-based teaching resources.On this basis,after statistics and analysis of the survey data and materials,the author finds that there are some problems in the process of using information-based teaching resources for college teachers.The main manifestations are that teachers have insufficient awareness of informatization teaching resources,teachers lack innovative awareness of utilization,single way of using informatization teaching resources,teachers’ ability to use them needs to be improved,the utilization rate of informatization resources is not high,and the effectiveness of informatization teaching resources is not effective.Significantly.In view of the problems existing in the process of using information-based teaching resources for teachers in colleges and universities,the author uses the subject analysis method to conduct inductive analysis based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews.There are three levels of education sector,colleges and universities and teachers themselves.At the level of local governments and education departments,the investment of special funds is insufficient and the standard system for use has not been established;at the level of colleges and universities,schools do not pay enough attention to teachers’ information-based teaching resources,lack specialized management institutions,narrow training content and single model,and encourage information-based teaching resources.The evaluation mechanism is incomplete;at the teacher level,the understanding of the connotation of information-based teaching resources is not in place,the factors of their own time and energy and educational philosophy are restricted,and the demand for information-based teaching is not clear.Finally,the author adheres to the principle of problem-oriented,starting from the main body of the cause,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the effective use of information-based teaching resources for college teachers.First of all,the government and education departments should increase the financial investment of informatization teaching resources and create a standard system for the use of informatization teaching resources,so as to provide help for colleges and universities to improve the environmental conditions for the application of informatization teaching resources,and to a certain extent,for college teachers to use informatization teaching.Resources to carry out teaching pointing the direction.Secondly,colleges and universities should attach importance to the construction and development of information-based teaching resources,based on teachers’ teaching needs,pay attention to the development of teachers’ ability,and continuously optimize teacher training models and innovate diversified learning paths,so as to improve teachers’ ability to utilize information-based teaching resources.and level.At the same time,colleges and universities should improve the incentive evaluation mechanism and set up special management institutions to further improve the scientific management level of information-based teaching resources on the basis of exploring teachers’ intrinsic motivation.Finally,for college teachers themselves,they need to establish a lifelong learning awareness,actively adapt to the needs of information-based teaching,constantly update their own teaching concepts,and devote themselves to teaching practice with practical actions,so as to promote the development of their own
