Librarian Career Development Planning Research

Librarians are the vitality and competitiveness of libraries.libraries have been greatly influenced by the development of the information age,and the influence on librarians should not be underestimated.Librarians,as the most important part of library development and construction,are the key to the success or failure of library transformation.At present,the construction of librarians in China is not optimistic,and it is difficult to cope with the difficulties brought about by the information age.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct theoretical research and practical exploration on librarians' career development planning and build excellent librarians with high information literacy.With the help of a large number of literature research results,this paper intends to construct a complete set of librarian career development planning system.Combining with the analysis of the present situation of librarians,this paper optimizes the design of librarians' career development planning,and puts forward effective safeguard measures for librarians' career development planning.The aim is to gradually improve the librarians' career development planning system,improve librarians' work enthusiasm,enhance librarians' sense of mission to library work,rationally allocate library talent resources and accelerate the long-term development of library cause.
