| With the development of global economicization and the change of world pattern,intellectual property plays a very important role in the change of international situation.Since the implementation of the Patent Law in 1985,China has conducted relevant researches in the field of patent intelligence and made a lot of research results.since the publication of the Outline of National Intellectual Property Strategy in 2008,the State Council of China has issued a number of policies and guidelines on intellectual property strategy and intellectual property power.Through the introduction of this series of policies,it has encouraged the creation and application of IPR,strengthened the protection of IPR,and promoted transnational exchanges and cooperation in IPR to achieve the purpose of deepening IPR reform.Patents are the main means of protecting technological innovation,an important guarantee for technological development,and occupy an important position in the field of intellectual property.Therefore,the analysis of patent intelligence scientific and technical literature can promote the development of intellectual property intelligence in China.This paper adopts the bibliometric method and content analysis method to study the relevant journal papers in the field of patent intelligence from 2000 to 2019,aiming to provide a basis for the future work of intellectual property information service and patent intelligence research.First,the overall situation of patent intelligence literature from 2000-2019 is understood by analyzing the overall situation of journal papers in the field of patent intelligence from 2000-2019.The literature was sorted out from various perspectives,such as the distribution of time,the authors of publications,the institutions of publications,the funds and citations.By understanding the basic overview of patent intelligence literature during these two decades,we find out the patterns and the main problems.Secondly,by analyzing the land of highly cited papers in the field of patent intelligence journals from 2000 to 2019,we understand the situation of higher level papers of journal papers in the field of patent intelligence.The authors,institutions and their cooperation of highly cited papers are studied to clarify the core author groups and research institutions.Thus,we can understand the research situation of core authors and core research institutions in the field of patent intelligence.Again,through effective information extraction of keywords,high-frequency keywords in the field of patent intelligence research are derived,and the keywords are classified as well as the evolution of the keywords are presented through visualization,so as to reveal the hot content and evolution of research in the field of patent intelligence from 2000-2019.Finally,this paper draws the following conclusions from the research and analysis of journal papers related to the field of patent intelligence in China from 2000 to 2019: the overall trend of patent intelligence journal papers issued from 2000 to 2019 is growing;the journals are mainly distributed in Journal of Intelligence and Science and Technology Management Research,etc.;there are 182 core authors in this field,and the main issuing institutions are the State Intellectual Property Office of China and The total number of highly cited papers in this field is 1303,and the research hotspots are mainly distributed in patent analysis and high-value patent cultivation.The innovation of this paper lies in the bibliometric analysis of the articles on patent intelligence literature research included in the core journals of China Knowledge Network database from 2000 to 2019,and the disciplinary research laws are summarized and inducted to provide insights for the future development of patent intelligence research in China. |
