Altmetrics came into being as a result of the increasing comprehensiveness of the comprehensive evaluation of the one-sidedness and delay of traditional bibliometric indicators, especially the number of citations.Altmetrics are often used at the paper level. There are many tools available to help researchers acquire various Altmetrics index that can be used to observe the use of the social media platform.Highly cited papers are cited high-frequency and high-yielding papers, with high academic influence, while there is no complete evaluation system for the high cited papers of the impact of comprehensive evaluation and specific situation of the highly elucidated Altmetrics indicators and the impact of these indicators on their social impact are not known. In order to explore the comprehensive evaluation system of highly cited papers and clarify the situation and the social influence of the Altmetrics index of highly cited papers,we will provide some suggestions for rational evaluation of scientific research. This article takes the top papers in the field of "social sciences and synthesis" as the research object and get the details of the literature, cited frequency,Altmetrics indicators and other data of "social sciences and synthesis" field through the ESI database and Altmetric.com.First,this paper constructs the influence evaluation model of the highly cited papers and the influence index system of the highly cited papers and stratifies the Altmetrics indicators based on the scholar's influence model.Subsequently, the Altmetrics indicators of these documents are analyzed statistically and usability. It is found that Altmetrics score can reflect the social impact of highly cited papers.Altmetrics score is mainly related to the number of news stories?the number of blog posts?the number of tweets. The number of facebook posts?the number of policy documents?the number of Google+posts?the number of Wikipedia pages and the number of Mendeley readers are also worthy of attention from the statistical analysis results and availability indicators. Then compared with the Altmetrics index of the highly cited papers,it was found that the citation frequency of the highly cited papers was not correlated with the Altmetrics Score and other indicators.More attention is paid to the academic literature?research methods of the classic literature.Published a newer and life-related issues in the social media will be more attention. And the number of Mendeley readers can reflect the high The academic influence of the cited papers. In general, the difference between the academic influence and the social influence of the highly cited papers is large, and the traditional bibliometric indicators can not comprehensively reflect the influence of the highly cited literature. Its influence should be evaluated by the cited frequency and Altmetrics indicators;its social influence can be reflected by Altmetrics Score, which is a comprehensive index and mainly affected by the number of news stories, the number of blog posts, the number of tweets. This shows that these three indicators have high reference value for the evaluation of social impact of highly cited papers. In addition to cited frequency, the number of Mendeley readers can also reflect high cited papers academic influence.Based on the above conclusions, this paper clarifies the link between the academic influence of the highly cited academic influence and the social influence. This article does not only provides a new idea for the evaluation of the influence of the highly cited papers and provides a feasible strategy for comprehensively reflecting the comprehensive evaluation of the highly cited papers, but also for the evaluation of the impact of scientific research to provide a clear direction.
