People are using mobile terminals more frequently,and it has become a trend that the Internet industry links the deep traditional industries and the rapid development of innovation.In this context,taking Toutiao Real Estate as an example,based on its content production path.This paper discusses the content production mode,presentation form and review mechanism of the real estate information service platform,analyzes the existing problems of content production,distribution strategy and optimization iteration to promote the development of such platform.This paper adopts literature analysis,front-end observation and other methods to study the following contents:introduction to the platform of Toutiao Real Estate,the method of content production,compared with competing products,and an outlook on its challenges and opportunities.This paper makes a deep analysis of the content production of Toutiao Real Estate and combines with the special year of 2020.In 2020,the epidemic sweeped the world,and the real estate market experienced huge fluctuations.This paper explores the changes of the epidemic to user demand and the profound impact of the epidemic on the distribution of real estate content,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the real estate information at present.From different perspectives,this paper puts forward the production optimization strategy of real estate service information,such as matching the user's first value,enriching production tools,increasing operation means,trying new marketing paths,and putting forward the optimization strategy of content production and distribution.It should be noted that,different from entertainment,food and other related categories with more emotional content and lower threshold,real estate and financial channels have higher creation threshold and more serious content rules.Therefore,the research on content production in the field of real estate can well make up for the theoretical vacancy of content production in such fields with higher professional requirements.Guided "We Media" and even provided suggestions for content creation of the real estate information service platform,explored professional content production modes different from entertainment and food,and provided reference for creators and content production platforms in terms of production,distribution and presentation of real estate information content in the mobile client based on this path.To a certain extent,it enriches the current research content on the real estate information service platform on the Internet.At the same time,the case study of the same type may also refer to the research perspective used in this paper,laying a certain foundation for the follow-up research.
