Since entering the new century,the development of the Internet and the advent of Micro-blog&We chat cause the great change of the media environment.The traditional media attacked by it.In the meantime,many We-media came out.With many We chat public number coming out,a large number of others be closed.Many media failed in this war.How to use the new media environment to maintain the development of media is the focus of media people research on.Since "wuxiaobopingdao" came out,it attract many fans,they got more than million fans within a year.The community which has high cohesive force is the winning trump.Mr.Wu take his fans to form a community.He use a series of community activities and content service to take "wuxiaobopingdao" into a brand and raising a sense of identity.Then transforming it into support of action.It can produce economic benefits.This article mainly analysis the development of community economy about "wuxiaobopingdao",then afford the suggestion about how to develop community economy by We Media.This article includes three parts,the first part is overview of the community economy about "wuxiaobopingdao".Introducing the community of"wuxiaobopingdao",understanding the process of the formation about the community.Then introducing the history about the community activities of "wuxiaobopingdao".Since "the plan of remodel the cafes" to "Retranslation of classic literary works",Wu xiaobo has using his community to hold crowdfunding activities several times successfully.The second part of this article is the idea behind the running of community economy about "Wuxiaobopingdao".At first,"wuxiaobopingdao" use the excellent content services to attract the audiences.The primary function of media is meet the information demand of audiences."wuxiaobopingdao" provide the pertinence content services,then attracted so many audiences.At second,"wuxiaobopingdao" trigger the emotional response of community members.Then raising the sense of identity of audiences,in order to form a community which has high cohesive force.Under the circumstance that the differences didn't obvious between the medias,the media must to trigger the emotional response of audiences to retain the audiences.At last,"wuxiaobopingdao"use appropriate mode of commercial operation to get the economic benefits.The commercial activities of "wuxiaobopingdao" includes two parts:crowd-funding activities and Online store."wuxiaobopingdao" operatirng a Online store whose name is "good shop" in WeChat.This store sale various articles for daily life and books.Crowfunding activities of "wuxiaobopingdao" is called on the community members to participate,then the media get the economic benefits from it.The third part of this article is using the experience of the development about community economy of "wuxiaobopingdao",to provide the advice about We media.The success of "wuxiaobopingdao" has provide some enlightenment to We media.If the media want to develop community economy,must understanding the audiences enough firstly.Then they would be retain the audiences.Second,they need to provide a plat for organizing the community.Today the internet is developed,QQ group and Wechat group both can get audiences together.Third,improving the centripetal forces by some activities of online or offline.Last,taking the community to provide economic benefits by appropriate business models.But,there are some problems about administration.We should protect the community from negative emotion.This is a developing society,the models that fit to media is constantly changing also.The model of community economy maybe appropriate the media environment today.But it's doubt that feasible until ten years later.It needs media people to research ten years later.
