Research On Intelligence Workflow Construction Of Network Public Opinion From The Perspective Of Intelligence Perception

The main content of this paper focuses on the research and practice analysis of network public opinion intelligence work based on intelligence perception,and constructs the network public opinion intelligence workflow with practical operation value.On the basis of the description of the concepts involved,this paper reviews the current network public opinion monitoring system,and points out the shortcomings of the current research(lack of initiative and foresight in public opinion intelligence work).This constitutes the practical and theoretical basis for introducing the concept of intelligence perception into public opinion intelligence work.On this basis,this paper attempts to construct the network public opinion intelligence workflow from the perspective of the concept of intelligence perception.The elements of public opinion intelligence work include:elements of intelligence work methods,tools and processes.Among the specific elements,human-computer interaction mainly uses machine and human to obtain analysis data to complement each other;horizon scanning is used to identify those potential risks that are difficult to be paid attention to in conventional early warning system,but may evolve into crisis;scenario analysis method is based on hypothesis and prediction to simulate possible scenarios and their impacts in the future,so as to plan response measures in advance.On the basis of clarifying the elements of public opinion intelligence work,this paper attempts to build a specific work process,and re plan the intelligence work process according to the concept of intelligence perception.The specific support technology for intelligence work is mainly the modern information technology for big data,such as big data mining technology and knowledge mapping technology,which aims to improve the ability of computer to understand and analyze public opinion big data.Finally,the case of New Coronavirus pneumonia in the field of public safety incidents is taken as a case to conduct a practical analysis.Three typical public opinion events are selected to focus on the data perception function of intelligence perception,situation awareness function and response function in decision support.On the one hand,it specifically shows the detailed operation steps of the above intelligence work in practice;on the other hand,it verifies the realization effect of its perception ability in all aspects of intelligence work through the simulation analysis of real events.The purpose of this study is to explore an information work concept suitable for the characteristics of the current era,reconstruct the work process of network public opinion intelligence analysis,so that the information industry can play its due role in emergency management and regain its due status and attention.At the same time,taking this as a starting point,we hope to explore a practical development path for the future of China's information industry in the new era.
