The police intelligence system is the most important application of public security information technology projects, and this is also the key of the second "Golden Shield Project". "The Entire police holographic" are leading the development of police intelligence system, it makes the public security information technology projects fully established, and all operations of police business into a standard information process.As police intelligence officers, we working in such a strong atmosphere of the application of information, in order to build a scientific policing model, we only can depend on a strong intelligence system support, to liberate the weak ,developing intelligence teams'power. Making the intelligence staff to get rid of simple boring information queries and analysis, help us gear more police into the macro and deeper level, improve our decision-making capabilities of intelligence information, play the advantages of social management, fight against the criminals, to maintain social and political stability.This paper focus on the Intelligence Analysis Platform's design and implementation, mainly carried out the following:The first is to study the issue of background, analyzed the current system of police intelligence background, with the theoretical and practical value of the project to solve several technical problems and principles.Then according to the preliminary research of planning and development process, makes entire objectives, define design ideas to solve the requirements elicitation, requirements analysis and other issues. Starting from the requirements to introduce the technology, complete system design, and highlighted the database design process.At last we based on the difficult technical problems, designed a web page elements'picking up algorithm, and locating the page elements witch is required, achieved people's and goods'dispatched, and use the linear regression , time series analysis algorithms to predict the trend and extent of information we need, to provide a scientific basis for leader.
