Research On The Construction Of Archive Conservation Resource Platform In China

With the rise of world cultural heritage conservation and the development of archives documentary heritage of China,many conservation institutions and professionals have more and more urgent needs for archive conservation technology,and their expectations for Communication and cooperation in archive conservation have become stronger and stronger.However,due to the current division of management system in China,archive conservation resources are in a scattered and disordered state.There is a lack of a mechanism for linking archive conservation resource with archive conservation needs.In the field of archive conservation,there is a low degree of information sharing and serious duplication of construction problem.In addition,China has not yet established a dedicated archive conservation platform,and archive conservation website at all levels is rarely set as an independent column for the acquisition of archive conservation information.In the context of the informatization of the entire society,the construction of archive conservation resource platform in China is to apply modern information technology to effectively integrate and manage archive conservation resource,open up information islands,and build a network platform-centered archive conservation resource for the whole society shared service system.The platform is committed to maximizing the potential of existing archive conservation resource,gradually realizing the optimal allocation of archive conservation resource,and providing support and guarantee for the practice of archive conservation and the development of national cultural heritage conservation.This thesis is divided into five sections.The first section is the introduction.This section mainly introduces related concepts,category definitions,current research status at home and abroad,basic content,research significance,and innovations and deficiencies of this thesis.The second section discusses the necessity of archive conservation resource platform construction in China from the aspects of archive conservation resource distribution,administrative management system,archive conservation practice and social development.The third section selects three domestic and foreign cultural heritage conservation network platforms,and introduces the successful experience of the three platforms to provide reference for archive conservation resource platform in China.The fourth section is about the design concept of archive conservation resource platform in China,which clarifies the multiple participants of the platform and the resource foundation of platform construction,and at the same time locates and designs the functional structure of the platform.The fifth section is to discuss the implementation strategy of the archive conservation resource platform.The author believes that it can be included in the archive development plan.In addition,there should be investment in the main body's cooperation concept,institutional system,and talent funds to provide a strong guarantee for the construction of the platform.The sixth section is the conclusion,summarizing the previous viewpoints,pointing out the deficiencies of this thesis,and putting forward prospects for future research.
