Research On The Platform Construction Of Heilongjiang Archive Information Resource Sharing

In recent years,with the advent of information technology and big data era,"cloud computing" was an unprecedented development,its application gradually expanded to various areas,digital archives and "cloud files" is the important representative of the application of cloud computing to the file industry.In the cloud computing platform,the archives information management has changed the management mode of the original file information,which provides the full resources sharing guarantee for the users with different needs.As a large province of agriculture and equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang,actively develop the cloud computing industry,which is the country's early establishment of the province of cloud industrial park,however,throughout the country other developed provinces,Heilongjiang Province,the cloud computing industry is still lagging behind,especially the cloud archives information management application,there are a lot of problems.Therefore,the research on the management of Heilongjiang province archives information resource sharing based on cloud computing has important practical significance.This paper firstly introduces the theory of cloud computing and file information resources sharing,including cloud computing,file information resources,cloud computing and file information resources sharing;Secondly,analyzes the current situation of archives information resources management in Heilongjiang Province,including the Heilongjiang Province Archives resources construction situation of archival opening,using and website operation,archives information resources in Heilongjiang Province sharing cloud services of feasibility analysis,based on "cloud computing" archives information resources sharing platform construction is faced with problems.Then,introduced construct based on the "cloud computing" in Heilongjiang Province archival information resources sharing platform,including archives information resources sharing platform construction goal,the Heilongjiang province archives information resources sharing platform construction overall design,the file information resources sharing platform system function design.At last,this paper introduces the implementation strategy of the construction of the archivesinformation resources sharing platform of Heilongjiang Province Based on "cloud computing",which include the establishment of specialized agencies and unified planning,according to the principles of the first building standards and after the construction of the system,adhere to the "six reunification" principle,the implementation of traditional file management and cloud sharing platform combine to strengthen top-level design and enhance security,improve records management staff of professional and technical level,the use of mature technology platform and open technology system.
