Research And Design Of A Personnel File Management System Oriented To Multi-terminal Self-service

With the rapid economic growth in China,the large-scale floating population has brought new stresses to the management of personnel documentation.Moreover,with the transformation of government functions,the role of personnel departments has to change from the managers of personnel files to the providers of personnel service.The traditional management system of personnel files becomes no longer effective under this new situation.Currently,more legislation to personnel management has been proposed and the project of digitalization of personnel documentation has also been further advanced,which a lay solid foundation,at the legal and technical level,for the standardization and Informatization of personnel file management.Nowadays,the records information of personnel files has been electrolyzed.Operations such as retrieval,access,transfer-in and transfer-out of the personnel documentation can be done directly from the file management system on a computer.In the practical work,however,the electrolyzed personnel documentation manifests little improvement of the user experience of personnel documentation services.How to provide high quality and efficient service for the public,as an urgent problem,has been put in front of the personnel management departments.This thesis constructs a multi-terminal,self-service personnel file management platform.With the concept of workflow,all kinds of personnel business are standardized and streamlined.In the business process,the management system assigns each segment in the streamline to different terminal devices according to certain principles.In the thesis,first of all,based on the actual personnel file business,the requirements of the system are analyzed in detail.Functions of the system are analyzed from two aspects of the actual business and participants.Second,based on the requirement analysis,the system architecture and functional modules are designed.Thirdly,the five main functional modules of the system are designed in detail,including business process management,business process scheduling,user and authority management,terminal equipment management,and the interface of the system.Finally,the key functional modules of the system are implemented and tested.The main functions are described in detail,and some key codes are displayed.The design of this system is based on the actual needs of the personnel department.At present,the system has been tested in the Department,which signnificantly improves the cooperation efficiency and user experience.
