As a key construction industry of China's cultural power,media plays an important role in the development of national culture.At present,the global economic development is in decline,and the traditional media industry is in trouble.However,the new mode brought by the Internet has brought new economic growth points to the media industry and added new impetus to the country's economic construction.At the same time,the media industry is facing new challenges and fierce competition.Only through continuous innovation can sustainable development be achieved.Therefore,media enterprises need transformation or diversified development.Therefore,media enterprises are investing in new media one after another.Many investment projects and large amounts have become the investment characteristics of media enterprises,but problems such as low investment efficiency and insufficient investment risk control are prominent.Therefore,how to timely and effectively analyze and control the investment risks plays an important role in the development of media enterprises.This paper takes the investment risk of Huawen Group as the research object,and on the basis of combing the relevant research status and trends of the investment risk of media enterprises,expounds the general situation and operation status of Huawen Group,and identifies the investment risk of Huawen Group from five dimensions of capital source risk,strategic investment risk,operation investment risk,human resource investment risk and network security risk according to the investment risk theory and index analysis method,etc.,and finds out the factors influencing the investment risk of Huawen Group.Select indicators and use fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the investment risk of huawen group,give the evaluation results,and analyze the relevant factors of investment risk,summarize the problems existing in the investment risk management of huawen group,and put forward the investment risk control strategy according to the analysis of the evaluation results and the actual situation of huawengroup.The research in this paper can provide reference for the investment risk management of Huawen Group,and has important practical significance for improving the investment management level of Huawen Group and effectively avoiding and controlling risks.It can also provide reference for other media enterprises to avoid and control investment risks.
