Research On The Chinese Paradigm Of Constructive Journalism Production

In 2020,with the outbreak of the COVID-19,an information epidemic is also spreading.In the news reports of the COVID-19,news ethics anomie has emerged one after another,and the credibility and authority of the media have been affected:some media publish a large number of conflicting,irritating,and negative reports to attract attention,increase public anxiety and fear,which is not conducive to the positive guidance of public opinion,and it is also not conducive to the prevention and control of the epidemic.In the face of such public health emergencies,how the media conducts news practice is particularly important,and constructive journalism can undoubtedly provide an idea for this.Constructive journalism theory was born in the West and first appeared in 2008.How to take the western constructive journalism theory into root and provide another way of thinking for the development of journalism in China is the main issue discussed in this paper.In order to construct the Chinese paradigm of constructive journalism production,this paper first conducts an in-depth analysis of its theory and practice,and proposes the theoretical basis,core concepts,practical foundations and ultimate goals of the Chinese paradigm of constructive journalism production,which provides a theoretical basis for constructing the Chinese paradigm of constructive journalism production.In terms of practical research,this paper mainly conducts research through case study method,in-depth interview method,and content analysis method.It selects 32 news report cases of CCTV within 76 days of the closure of Wuhan as the research object,interviews front-line reporters of CCTV,and statistically analyzes the report themes,source of news and the communication effects of the"CCTV News" WeChat official account,"CCTV News" official microblog and "News 1+1" program.Through research,this paper summarizes and sorts out the "constructive" expression characteristics of CCTV in the "news clue collection link","news production link",and"news release link",so as to summarize China's experience,create a Chinese sample,and provide reference for constructive journalism practice of our country.In addition,this paper studies the future action directions of the Chinese paradigm of constructive journalism production,and proposes three action directions:constructive journalism and public opinion supervision,constructive journalism and social governance,constructive journalism and telling Chinese stories well,and puts forward the concrete way to realize it respectively.
